This workbook is designed to serve as an ongoing reference to help you reliably scale up your earnings.

It is based on my SKILL Framework, which I developed based on the lessons I’ve learnt over the course of my career so far.

There are five stages of the framework. As you complete each stage, your earnings will dramatically increase.

The five stages are:

2. K - Keep Building Your Knowledge
3. I - Incorporate A Stack
4. L - Level Up Your Leverage
5. L - Lead Others

S - Select Your Core Skill

The first stage is to Select Your Core Skill. Doing this correctly is incredibly important as your core skill is the basis of all future stages.

How to Find Your Core Skill

To find your core skill, you should first identify all your strengths and then look for one that matches the following criteria:

1. You find it interesting and are naturally good at it
2. A career using that strength is high earning
